Transparent, No-Surprise Pricing: There are no extra fees just to see us for clinic or telehealth visits or communication—no copays, and not even for urgent care. Your monthly membership covers those primary care visits. You won’t be hit with unexpected bills.

Upfront Costs: Our pricing is designed to avoid hidden fees. Enjoy deeply discounted membership rates on many partnered services and our in-house services and procedures such as labs, imaging, available medications, diagnostics and screenings, and OMT—some covering 100% of the cost.

Simple Enrollment: an enrollment fee of $50 per patient chart helps us to start preparing your enrollment packet, gather your paperwork, and set up your medical record so that you’re ready to receive the care you need.
