We offer a variety of special health services and exams to folks at community pricing
appropriate for the occasional a la carte style of standalone care.

These Direct Care Services are Out-of-Network, by Self-Pay Only.
We are insurance-free and so do not directly participate with, nor bill insurance for in-house services.
Medicare Eligible or Enrolled Patients
At this time our practice is unfortunately not set up to be able to offer Medicare-covered services to Medicare eligible or enrolled patients, even if self-pay and unfortunately this includes primary care, OMT, and urgent care services. This is due to federal regulations related to requirements for out-of-network physicians. These regulations do allow us to provide some non-covered occupational health services, which you will find a list of on our Special Health & Occupational Services Page
