Controlled Medication Prescriptions
For patient health safety and as general Practice Policy, Mountains Meet Medical does not prescribe opioids, benzodiazepines, nor sedative-hypnotic controlled medications for routinely recurring long-term/chronic therapy.

Family Membership Discounts
After the 1st (primary) member, each additional family member receives an incremental $25 off monthly pricing:*

All House Call Memberships
A chaperone is required for home visits.
Family members must reside together.
*House Call Service Area:
The standard service area consists of home visits located within 10 miles of ordinary one-way road travel from the practice address.
Custom Service Area and Travel Fees:
House call memberships outside of the standard service area are subject to availability, with service area travel fees applicable per home visit. Please contact us for details.
Special Transportation & Travel Considerations:
Significant geographic detours, ferry-dependent destinations, restricted access, unusual traffic patterns, or other logistical considerations may require special pre-arranged accommodation fees regardless of distance and service area.
